Refund policy
KLYMB RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.
• Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
• Items marked as final sale.
• Gift cards.
• Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order at klymbarmwrestling@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws. Our store provides a 30-day return window from delivery.
Returned items must meet the eligibility requirements above. Customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise required by applicable law. This does not affect your rights regarding faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
